1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website, dashboard, documentation, or using the Opherus bot on Discord servers, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Opherus provides Discord community management tools, including moderation, levels, contributions, tickets, events, reaction roles, and related features, through a bot and web dashboard.

Features may be changed, expanded, or discontinued at any time, with or without prior notice, for maintenance, security, or product evolution.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Dashboard use may require Discord OAuth login, subject to Discord Inc. terms.

You are responsible for keeping your session confidential and for all actions taken with your account or with administrator permissions on the linked Discord server.

4. Permitted use and prohibitions

You may not use Opherus to:

• Violate Brazilian or international laws or Discord Terms of Service.
• Distribute malware, spam, illegal content, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or impersonate the service without express authorization.
• Collect user data without authorization or in violation of LGPD.

5. Paid plans and features

Premium or on-demand features may be enabled manually or through future payment. Specific commercial terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Enabling Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Discord API integrations.

6. Intellectual property

Opherus trademarks, logos, interface, code, and content belong to their respective owners. No license is granted beyond what is necessary for the service.

Content you submit (messages, images, settings) remains your responsibility; you grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or decisions based on rankings, logs, or bot automations.

Discord may change APIs or policies at any time, which may affect Opherus features.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement.

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from the server or ending your dashboard session.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The last revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile in Brazil are chosen, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
