1. Controller and contact

Opherus acts as the controller of personal data processed on this website, dashboard, and related services.

2. Data we may process

Depending on your use, we may process:

• Discord identification: user ID, username, avatar, and guilds you can manage.
• Session data: cookies and tokens required for dashboard and admin login.
• Configuration data: server preferences, channels, roles, welcome messages, tickets, events, and logs generated by the bot.
• Technical data: IP, user-agent, error logs, and aggregated site access metrics (when consented).
• Voluntarily submitted content: uploads (e.g. event covers, premium avatar), form text, and tickets.

3. Purposes and legal bases (LGPD)

We process data for the purposes below, on the legal bases indicated:

• Service delivery and contract performance or pre-contract steps (Art. 7, V).
• Authentication and security of the account and infrastructure (legitimate interest, Art. 7, IX, or contract performance).
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (Art. 7, II).
• Language preferences and non-essential cookies, based on consent (Art. 7, I), revocable at any time.
• Statistical analysis of site usage, based on consent (Art. 7, I), when applicable.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage as described below. On your first visit we show a banner to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. By default, optional categories are enabled until you turn them off.

• Strictly necessary (always on): record of your choice (opherus_cookie_consent); API session cookies for Discord and admin login (e.g. connect.sid). Without them, login and security do not work.
• Preferences (optional): opherus_locale (site language); sidebar_state (dashboard menu state, if used).
• Analytics (optional): tools such as Vercel Analytics, only with consent, to understand aggregated site usage.

5. Sharing and processors

We may share data with providers that help us operate (hosting, database, analytics), under contracts requiring adequate protection.

Discord integration also involves processing by Discord Inc., under their policy.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes described, respecting legal deadlines and operational need (e.g. moderation logs, guild settings).

After removing the bot from a server or a deletion request, data may be anonymized or deleted within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law.

7. Your rights (data subject)

Under LGPD, you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information on sharing, consent withdrawal, and review of automated decisions, when applicable.

To exercise your rights, email privacidade@opherus.app with subject "LGPD — request" and sufficient identification. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures proportional to risk, such as HTTPS, access control, and environment segregation. No system is 100% secure.

9. Children and adolescents

The service is not directed at children under 13. Use by minors must comply with applicable law and guardian supervision.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective version date appears at the top. Relevant changes may be announced on the website or support Discord.
